NEW CLIENTS:

If you are new to our services, please try a single task to start.

Since we do not require contracts or minimums, we prefer to make sure it’s a good fit rather than taking on a large project initially.

If you have one or more tasks or a project you need assistance with,  please note it below.

Every effort is made to respond within 24 hours of a request.

Once a request is received, we will send you a response with the price to complete your task.  If you accept the price, an invoice will be sent and your work is promptly scheduled for completion.

Just a few things to note:

1.  Work is scheduled on a first come, first served basis.

2.  Work is placed on our calendar to insure your project receives priority.

3.  If this request requires a 24 hour or less turnaround, please note that at the top of the form below.  We consider such requests a higher priority and will note if we are not confident we can complete the tasks in the event other work is already scheduled.  Pricing for 24 hour turnaround time is charged at a higher rate.

4.  Payment is required ahead of work being completed.

5.  Executive Clients scheduling follow-up work should send a follow-up email with any additional work needed.

6.  If you are not sure when you want work to begin, wait until you have a confirmed date in mind before requesting an invoice.

7.  Work is scheduled based on calendar availability. If we are unable to meet your deadline, we will notify you in advance and you can schedule for a later timeframe.

8.  No refunds once work is starts or is completed.

9.  If you wish to sign up as an Executive Client and do not use up all your hours within the month, your Executive Client hours roll over until that bundle of hours is exhausted.

10.  We do not have long term contracts.  Use the service as often or as little as you like.
